Ingredients:

1 package of hamburger meat, 1 1/2 lbs, thawed
1 raw egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 small onion (finely chopped) about 1/3 cup
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 slices of brown bread with 1/4 cup canned milk poured on it and soaked in
4 or 5 slices of uncooked bacon
pam non-stick cooking spray

Add the soaked bread to the hamburger meat. Sqeeze all the ingredients together (except the bacon). Mold into a meatloaf, about 9 inches long and 5 inches wide. Spray baking pan/dish with pam. Put meatloaf in pan. Put uncooked bacon on the top of the meatloaf in a tic-tac-toe pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or an hour and 15 minutes. If clear liquids come out it's completely cooked. Pink liquid means it's not done yet.
